All visitors may read the forums but you must be registered on this site to post or reply to forum threads.   You may attach files up to 1 MB in size.  All current TCPBA board members are moderators of all forums.   Once you are logged into the web site under your profile you will be granted posting privileges immediately.  If you are posting pictures within your message in the editor...you will have to go to the "Users" folder and keep 'drilling down' to your own user folder.  Once you are at the correct folder the "upload" icon will become highlighted and you may add pictures.  Please make your images no wider than 500 pixels.  Thanks!
